NON-DISPOSABLE, SINGLE VISION SPHERICAL SOFT LENSES MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONTAINER (VIAL OR BLISTER PACK) TO RECEIVE ANY CREDIT AND MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DISPENSING TO PATIENT OR 25 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO CATE EYE CARE FROM THE MANUFACTURER, WHICHEVER APPLIES (WE BEGIN ATTEMPTING TO NOTIFY YOU ON THE DAY WE RECEIVE THE LENS). LENSES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY IF JUDGED TO BE DEFECTIVE BY CATE EYE CARE. TINTED/COLORED CONTACT LENSES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER COLOR, NOR CAN THEY BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. FAILURE TO RETURN FOR SCHEDULED FOLLOW-UP VISITS WILL VOID THE CONTACT LENS FITTING AND IF THE PATIENT DESIRES TO FURTHER PURSUE CONTACT LENS WEAR, THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANOTHER FITTING FEE AND POSSIBLY FOR MORE DIAGNOSTIC LENSES. OFFICE VISITS DURING THESE FITTING PERIODS THAT ARE NOT RELATED TO THE LENS FITTING (I.E. ANY SUBSEQUENT FRAME REPLACEMENT WILL BE AT THE REGULAR PRICE OF THE FRAME. SHOULD A FRAME STYLE BE DISCONTINUED BY THE MANUFACTURER WHILE STILL UNDER WARRANTY, WE WILL REPLACE IT WITH A DIFFERENT, HOPEFULLY SIMILAR STYLE.
